CoinFinHub is a free, independent cryptocurrency market data platform providing prices, charts and market data. It is operated by Rudranx Digital Labs, India. You don't need an account to use the site, and we don't sell products or services through it.

Everything on CoinFinHub is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the site constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any cryptocurrency or other asset.

You are responsible for your own decisions. See our disclaimer.

You may use CoinFinHub for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and only where the law allows it; websites may show its prices only as the section “The CoinFinHub widgets” below allows. You must not:

• Copy, extract or republish substantial portions of our site's content, charts or data without our prior written permission and any other permission required from the relevant rights holders, except as the section “The CoinFinHub widgets” below allows.
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content or data (except as the section “The CoinFinHub widgets” below allows), or place an unreasonable load on our servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, disrupt their operation, or reverse-engineer the site, except where applicable law permits it.
• Use the site in violation of applicable law or to infringe another person's rights.

We may restrict or block access if we reasonably believe your use breaches these Terms or threatens the site's security or operation.

Any website, commercial ones included, may show CoinFinHub prices through the CoinFinHub widgets (price cards, with or without the 7-day price line, coin lists, a ticker and a converter), or a copy of their code, changed or unchanged, for display only, with the “Powered by CoinFinHub” link visible beside them, and may request the widgets' data from widgets.coinfinhub.com only for that, within its rate limits.

The widgets are served from their own addresses: their data from widgets.coinfinhub.com, and their script and the coins' logos from cdn.coinfinhub.com. www.coinfinhub.com serves no widget data.

You may not collect their data in bulk, resell it, use it for trading, or remove or hide the link. We may change or withdraw the widgets, or block a site, at any time. The data and the coins' logos come from third parties, and parts of them may be removed at a rights holder's request.

Our original website design, text, chart presentations, and the CoinFinHub name and logo belong to Rudranx Digital Labs, except where otherwise stated.

Market data, coin names, logos and other third-party material may belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party material, and its display on CoinFinHub does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by its owner.

Prices, trading volumes and trading pairs displayed on CoinFinHub come from publicly available market data published by exchanges. We identify the relevant exchange alongside its data strictly for informational identification purposes to help users discover where cryptocurrencies are traded. CoinFinHub is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any displayed exchange.

If you represent an exchange or are otherwise a rights holder and would like your data removed from CoinFinHub, please email us at contact@coinfinhub.com or submit a request through our contact page. Please include enough information to identify the relevant data.

We will stop displaying the identified data within two business days of receiving a request with sufficient information and notify you once the removal is complete.

If you send us an idea, suggestion or correction, we may use it to operate and improve CoinFinHub without compensating you or being obligated to you. Please don't send us information you consider confidential.

We may link to cryptocurrency projects, exchanges and other services for your convenience. We don't control these external sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

We make reasonable efforts to keep CoinFinHub available and its information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that the site will always be available, complete, accurate or free of errors.

Market data can change, and information displayed on the site may not always reflect the latest information available from an exchange. You should verify information with the relevant exchange or source before relying on it.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rudranx Digital Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site, or your reliance on its content or market data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, or affects any rights, that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, limit or waive.

You agree to compensate Rudranx Digital Labs for any claim, loss or cost arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the site.

You must meet the age and legal-capacity requirements that apply where you live to use CoinFinHub independently. If you are a minor, use the site with the permission or involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

If we do not enforce a term immediately, that does not mean we give up our right to enforce it later.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Changes take effect when posted unless we state otherwise.

Your continued use of CoinFinHub after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

If you have a dispute with us, write to contact@coinfinhub.com first: both sides will try to settle it in good faith within 30 days before going to court.
