RedStone's move in context
Beating the market today
+8.00% in 24 hours against +0.73% for the market as a whole, a gap of 7.3 points. A gap this wide suggests something specific to RedStone may be moving it, not just the market mood.

$417.09K traded in the last 24 hours on the exchanges we read, about 2.4 times its usual day.
The price of each exchange's last trade, read in the past few minutes, in US dollars or dollar stablecoins; markets with little trading are left out. Gaps under 1% are everyday: fees and the gap between buying and selling prices take up most of them.
RedStone's last prices on 3 exchanges we read are within 0.66% of each other, so the price above isn't one exchange's quirk.

About RedStone
RedStone: an oracle that brings outside data to blockchains
RedStone is an oracle provider: it delivers prices and other off-chain data to smart contracts on many blockchains, and describes itself as modular data infrastructure for on-chain finance. Its RED token is an ERC-20 token on Ethereum that is staked to add economic security to the oracle. RedStone's oracle has run on mainnet since January 2023, and RED launched in February 2025.
Key Aspects of RedStone
1. What an oracle does
Blockchains cannot read information from the outside world by themselves. An oracle collects data such as asset prices and publishes it in a form smart contracts can use, which lending markets, exchanges and stablecoins rely on to work correctly.
2. Pull, Push and Bolt
RedStone offers several delivery models. In the Pull model, signed data is attached to a user's transaction at the moment it is needed. In the Push model, prices are written on-chain as updates. Bolt is a specialised push oracle built for sub-second updates.
3. Modular design
RedStone's products are separate building blocks, such as price feeds and proof of reserve, so the same data can be delivered in whichever model and on whichever chain an application needs, including data for tokenised real-world assets.
4. What the RED token is used for
Data providers and token holders stake RED in the RedStone AVS, a service secured through restaking on EigenLayer, to add economic security to the oracle. RED stakers earn rewards from RedStone's data users, paid in assets such as ETH, BTC, SOL and USDC. RED is also RedStone's governance token.
5. Token design
RED has a maximum supply of 1 billion tokens, hard-coded in a token contract that cannot be upgraded.
RedStone's Milestones
RedStone's oracle went live on mainnet in January 2023. RedStone published the RED tokenomics in February 2025, and the RED token went live that month.
