Numbers Protocol's move in context
Lagging the market today
−2.75% in 24 hours against +0.74% for the market as a whole, a gap of 3.5 points. A gap this wide suggests something specific to Numbers Protocol may be moving it, not just the market mood.
We compare the last 24 hours with this coin's typical day, from 11 recent days (up to four weeks). We only count exchanges we read on both days, so an exchange we've just added doesn't look like extra trading. This describes trading, not where the price goes next.
$62.22K traded in the last 24 hours on the exchanges we read, close to its usual day.
The price of each exchange's last trade, read in the past few minutes, in US dollars or dollar stablecoins; markets with little trading are left out. A last price isn't an offer: what you'd pay also depends on fees, the gap between buying and selling prices, and how much is for sale.
Numbers Protocol's last prices on 3 exchanges we read run from $0.00228 on KuCoin to $0.002334 on MEXC, 2.4% apart. Compare before you buy: fees and how much is for sale at each price differ too.
Part of a slide
−24.0% over 7 days and −7.9% over 30 days: the recent move continues the monthly direction.

About Numbers Protocol
Numbers Protocol: a provenance network for digital content
Numbers Protocol is a blockchain project that records where digital content comes from and how it changes over time, a property known as provenance. Photos, videos, AI outputs and records of physical assets get a permanent birth record on its own blockchain, Numbers Mainnet, so others can check their origin and history. The project was founded in 2019 and launched Numbers Mainnet in December 2022.
Key Aspects of Numbers Protocol
1. How it works
Numbers follows a Capture, Certify, Check flow: content is captured and anchored on-chain, new evidence is added later without overwriting its history, and anyone can verify the full record. It works much like version control for code, keeping a history of each change.
2. What the NUM token is used for
NUM pays the fee for writing provenance records to the network. Validators and witness nodes stake NUM to take on network roles, and NUM holders vote on governance decisions.
3. Open standards
Numbers records are indexed with ERC-7053, an Ethereum standard for indexing digital media that members of the Numbers team co-authored. Its tools also support C2PA content credentials, a common standard for showing where media comes from.
4. Products
ProofSnap is a capture app that adds content credentials and registers images on-chain, and the Capture SDK lets developers add the same features to their own apps. For physical assets, a capture can create a digital twin with its first evidence attached.
5. Where NUM lives
NUM exists on Numbers Mainnet and as tokens on Ethereum and BNB Chain.
