DEAPCOIN: the token of the PlayMining game platform
DEAPCOIN (DEP) is the token of PlayMining, a Web3 entertainment platform with games and a marketplace for digital art. PlayMining is run by Digital Entertainment Asset (DEA), a company founded in August 2018 that makes games built around real-world and social issues. DEP is an ERC-20 token on Ethereum.

1. The PlayMining platform
PlayMining describes itself as a Web3 amusement park. Its titles include JobTribes, a trading card game in which jobs from around the world become characters with special skills; Lucky Farmer, a farm-themed coin pusher game; and PicTrée, in which players photograph electric poles and other power infrastructure near them.
2. What the DEP token is used for
DEP is the token of the PlayMining ecosystem and is used in PlayMining NFT, the platform's marketplace, where people acquire and trade art NFTs (unique digital items) that can also be used in its games.
3. Games with a real-world purpose
DEA designs games that also produce useful work. In PicTrée, the photos players take while playing help with the early detection of problems in power infrastructure, turning field work into a team game with rewards.

DEP has a total supply of 30 billion tokens, as recorded by its Ethereum contract.
