Cere Network's move in context
Beating the market today
+1.69% in 24 hours against +0.74% for the market as a whole, a gap of 0.9 points. Small gaps like this are common, so they don't point to anything specific.
We compare the last 24 hours with this coin's typical day, from 11 recent days (up to four weeks). We only count exchanges we read on both days, so an exchange we've just added doesn't look like extra trading. This describes trading, not where the price goes next.
$117.32K traded in the last 24 hours on the exchanges we read, close to its usual day.
The price of each exchange's last trade, read in the past few minutes, in US dollars or dollar stablecoins; markets with little trading are left out. Gaps under 1% are everyday: fees and the gap between buying and selling prices take up most of them.
Cere Network's last prices on 2 exchanges we read are within 0.01% of each other, so the price above isn't one exchange's quirk.
Trend has turned
+5.2% over 7 days and −2.3% over 30 days: the last week went against the monthly direction.

About Cere Network
Cere Network: a blockchain for decentralised data storage and processing
Cere Network is a blockchain built for storing, moving and processing data in a decentralised way, which it describes as a decentralised data cloud for apps, enterprises and AI. Its chain is built with Substrate, the framework behind the Polkadot family of blockchains. The CERE token was created in 2021, first as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum, and the protocol is governed by CERE holders.
Key Aspects of Cere Network
1. Decentralised data clusters
Instead of one company's cloud, Cere stores and processes data on groups of independent nodes that it calls data clusters. The aim is data infrastructure that users and apps can control and verify, rather than trusting a single provider.
2. Validators as inspectors
Validators are the computers that confirm transactions on the Cere blockchain. On Cere they also act as data cluster inspectors and help ensure that payments for data work across the network are handled correctly.
3. What the CERE token is used for
CERE is used for governance: holders vote on proposals through the network's on-chain voting system. It is also staked by validators and by nominators (holders who back validators with their tokens), and on-chain fees are collected and shared with participants by a module called the Fee Handler.
4. Token design
CERE's supply on the Cere mainnet is fixed at 10 billion tokens. The project moved from inflation-based rewards to rewards funded by on-chain fees, and tokens above the 10 billion cap were burned (permanently removed).
5. Two forms of the token
CERE exists as the native coin of the Cere blockchain and as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum, and holders can move tokens to the Cere mainnet with a bridge.
Cere Network's Milestones
The ERC-20 CERE contract was created on Ethereum in April 2021. In March 2022 the project published its guide to bridging to the Cere mainnet and staking. In October 2023 the network moved to the Substrate node template. In December 2024 the project announced a new CERE economy, and in April 2025 inflation was turned off and the supply was fixed at 10 billion.

- We show a market cap only once the coins in circulation are confirmed by a source we read ourselves, such as an exchange's published figures or the project's own. Until then a coin has no market cap or rank here.
