Arsenal Fan Token: the official fan token of Arsenal Football Club
Arsenal Fan Token (AFC) is a digital token that lets Arsenal supporters take part in club polls and unlock fan rewards through the Socios.com app. It was issued by Socios Technologies AG, part of the Chiliz group, for Arsenal Football Club, and runs on the Chiliz Chain, a blockchain built for sports and entertainment. Arsenal and Chiliz announced the token in July 2021.

1. How It Works
Fans hold AFC in the Socios.com app. Holding the token opens up club polls, along with club-related games, competitions and quizzes in which fans compete on global leaderboards.
2. What AFC Is Used For
According to the issuer's fact sheet, AFC gives access to fan engagement features, experiences and rewards, such as club polls, VIP matchday events, signed merchandise, stadium tours and digital collectibles. Holders can also earn loyalty points that are redeemed for rewards in the app.
3. What a Fan Token Is
A fan token is a utility token for fan engagement. AFC holders take part in non-managerial, club-related polls, such as choosing stadium messages or music.
4. Token Design
AFC has a fixed total supply of 40 million tokens, with no inflation. In its public offering, 2 million AFC were made available to fans, and the remaining tokens are held by the issuer, which decides together with the club how they are released.
5. Who It Is For
AFC is built for Arsenal supporters around the world who want a direct way to take part in club polls and fan experiences from their phone.
Arsenal Fan Token's Milestones
Arsenal and Chiliz announced the AFC Fan Token in July 2021. In May 2026, AFC became available on the Solana and Base blockchains, the first live use of Chiliz's omnichain fan token design, which lets one token move across several networks.
